Consulting for the product team at Go Vocal, a leading civic engagement platform trusted by over 600 governments worldwide. I led research with 10 clients: in-depth interviews to map friction points in the main app flows. I redesigned the information architecture of the 4 critical flows ensuring visual and navigational consistency with the existing di gital channels of the platform. I designed prototypes in Claude to test new features before development, reducing costly iterations.

Sole designer on the Developer Platform team, working alongside five engineers in the integrations ecosystem (Connectors). I designed a data visibility dashboard for technical diagnostics and decision-making, transforming a reactive support flow into self-service — 500 to 1,000 weekly visits, 150 companies, 200 technical users. I translated complex technical flows and API logic into intuitive, production-ready interfaces. I bui lt and extended the design system with reusable components, ensuring cross-platform consistency. I led interviews and usability testing to identify opportunities and improve the adoption of complex features.
