Sumit Roy

It was a pleasure working with Sumit, and we would definitely hire him again as a photographer for our next event. Sumit took portrait photos of participants at our freelance event, as well as photos of the event in general. Communication and planning before the event was smooth and reliable, Sumit was punctual, and interacted professionally and friendly with all of the participants and team. It made my work that much easier to have Sumit there supporting us!

We hired Sumit after seeing his portfolio and based on how he communicated with us from the get-go. There was this sense of ease in communicating / dealing with him when we were just in the "searching" phase. He listened carefully to our requirements and even gave tips and recommendations already, even if we have not hired him yet. He was pleasant and professional, and we quickly built a good rapport with him. He was open and flexible during the entire shoot and even during the editing phase. He also brought everything we could possibly need for the shoot. Sumit also constantly asked for feedback, and we can comfortably be honest and open with him when we asked questions. He was accommodating of our needs and even taught us a thing or two about photography and lighting, etc. He also did his best in delivering the final photos ahead of the contracted delivery time as we were in a rush. He understood the urgency and we really appreciate him being a "team player". Apart from train delays that are not within his control, Sumit tried his best to always be on time and had kept us updated if anything unexpected came up. We all tried our best to keep to our photo schedule but there were always unforeseen things that happened. We know we could all have done things better and more efficiently to stay on time. A tip for future clients, make sure you have a reasonable time schedule/blocking in place with buffers in between for unforeseen events. Make sure to allocate enough time for Sumit to set up his equipment. And if you have a strict, tight schedule, it would be good to have a timekeeper in your team to get things moving along so you could stay on schedule. Thank you, Sumit. It was nice working with you. Sumit ist zuverlässig und vermittelt allen Teilnehmern beim Fotoshooting ein gutes Gefühl. Immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und mit positiver Ausstrahlung ist es sehr angenehm, mit Sumit zusammenzuarbeiten.
