job is to:

• - Define and execute the product vision and strategy

• - Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, focusing on features that solve critical pain points

• - Lead all aspects of product development

• - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless product delivery

• - Establish and optimize operational processes across the organization that drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability across teams following "Product Operations" best practices with focus on LLM integration, custom AI agents usage and automated workflows

• - Develop frameworks to evaluate opportunities and support decision-making at the executive level

• - Design and manage systems for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives

• - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the founders to inform strategic decision-making

• - Build and nurture high-performing teams through hiring, training, and mentorship

• - Support growth, client acquisition and retention strategies

• - Select and implement tools and technologies to support our growth

• - Set the foundational UI/UX design for the company website and web application, establishing a cohesive visual language and user experience strategy including user research
