• • Delivered complex IT infrastructure and Scrum-based application development projects for a major German banking client, maintaining quality and compliance under stringent financial-sector regulatory requirements.

• • Orchestrated a full IT service provider transition following ITILv4 change management standards — covering scope freeze, knowledge transfer, parallel run, and cutover — resulting in zero critical incidents and uninterrupted banking operations throughout handover.

• • Directed Level 1 incident management across networking, firewall, and data centre domains; defined escalation paths and SLA frameworks for a high-performing network team, reducing mean time to resolution.
