I’m an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a passion for helping teams thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. With over six years of hands-on experience in agile transformations, I specialize in guiding organizations through cultural and structural change by implementing frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. My work is centered around empowering cross-functional teams, enabling self-organization, and aligning agile practices with business goals.
