My programming background, combined with project management (PMP), people management, sales, and corporate management, allows me to describe myself as a 360-degree skilled professional.

After delivery full IT stack for czech bank, I dived into crypto and blockchain technology. I developed (in Python and JavaScript) a crypto analytical platform, 15 integrated crypto exchanges, across hundreds of trading pairs. Running simulations of various trading strategies, mostly hedging strategies. Tool for Investment funds engaged in quantitative research and algorithmic trading.

I'm in process of SAP S4/HANA Private Cloude Implementation certification to formaly prove SAP skills. Can do Public Cloud if needed.

I have entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating within large and/or small corporate.

I have deep knowledge of IT, from business and IT analysis, software development, QA, CI/CD, integrations, and infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), to security. Translating between technical and business perspectives, presenting to boards or shareholders.

This alows me to lead large and small IT deliveries, upgrades, full transformations (tech and/or business), the integration of legacy systems into new IT stacks, and organizational change — motivating business stakeholders to adopt new processes supported by a modern technology stack.

Additionally, I have solid experience in sales and e-commerce (please see my CV for details).

Extensive travelling is not a problem. Being in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, or elsewhere in Europe for several days at a time or on a weekly basis is perfectly acceptable for me.

My ideal role could take several forms:

1. Solution design for the client and find how to integrate, reduce costs, implement AI into processes

2. Leading software delivery and operations, ideally (but not exclusively) in fintech companies

3. Leading SAP projects or programs

I speak German on intermediate level (working daily on improvement).
