- Aufbau des Teams auf Deutschland-weit 15 Mitarbeitern, Prozessoptimierung & Strategiefestlegung

- Aufbau Greenfield-Pipeline auf ca. 12 GW (Freiflächen-Solar & BESS), u.a. 663 MW Großspeicher mit Netzzusage

- Unterstützung beim Aufbau dt. O&M-Aktivitäten

- Restrukturierung/Abwicklung

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

- Team & Strategy: Scaled the team to 15 employees across Germany, optimized operational processes, and defined the national business strategy.

- Pipeline Development: Built a greenfield pipeline of approx. 12 GW (utility-scale solar & BESS), including successfully securing the grid connection for a 663 MW large-scale battery storage project; supported the setup of German O&M operations.

- Restructuring: Managed organizational restructuring and operational wind-down.

Entwicklung & Einführung der ersten quantitativen Strategien der Unternehmensgruppe

Verantwortung für M&A-Projekten, u.a. erfolgreiche Akquisition der Baldur Power GmbH

Steigerung der operativen Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit durch Einführung strukturierter Controlling- und Performanceprozesse (KPIs, Liquiditätsmanagement, Positionierung)

Gesamtverantwortung für dezentrale Infrastrukturaktivitäten (>100 Mio. € Auftrags eingang, Ergebnisbeitrag >11 Mio. € p.a.)

Aufbau und Führung eines standortübergreifenden Teams (15 Mitarbeiter, 4 Regionen) sowie Steuerung von ca. 200 Bauprojekten

Verantwortung für Asset-Portfolio von ca. 0,5 Mrd. € inkl. Verhandlungsführungen Ca. 150 Gemeinderatsitzungen für Flächensicherung/Genehmigungen, 2 Gegenstimmen
