Executive leader and former Managing Director with more than 20 years of experience across regulated pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets, bringing a combined perspective across pharmaceutical wholesale, downstream distribution and manufacturer environments, including full P&L responsibility and end-to-end leadership of commercial and operational functions.
Today, I support pharmaceutical, healthcare and Life Sciences organizations as an independent advisor on supply chain strategy, GDP/GMP-compliant sourcing models, tender management, business development, commercial contract negotiations, agreement preparation and commercial growth initiatives.
My experience combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including product portfolio development, manufacturer qualification, international partner development, market assessments and the establishment of GDP/GMP-compliant international supply chains.
