•on AI-supported process optimization (Agentic AI). Responsible for budget, scheduling, and quality assurance across all project phases. • Program manager for a global rollout of an Agentic AI solution for workflow automation in the B2B2C insurance business

• Management of strategic IT transformation projects, particularly in the area of claims management, with a focus on process automation and optimization using Camunda

• Conducting IT health checks to identify optimization potential and developing customized roadmaps for insurance and financial service providers

• Management of interdisciplinary teams in agile and traditional project environments as well as the introduction of innovative technologies for the optimization of end-to-end processes (e.g., with AI agents)

• Member of the InsurTech Shipyard: Knowledge sharing, networking with various medium-sized insurers, and startup scouting

• Implementation and coordination of recruiting events, sponsorship of trade fairs (DIA, InsureNXT) Talent lead: Disciplinary management of junior and senior consultants

• Multi-project manager for the migration of AI-based claims software for the German insurance market

• Strategy development & sales of AI-based claims software

• Account management, leadership in RFP processes

• Responsibility for the implementation and optimization of S/4HANA systems, including data migration, process digitization, and quality assurance.

• Execution of test and defect management, including the creation and management of test concepts, to ensure successful IT projects

• Implementation of specific IT and process solutions for insurance companies, e.g., in the areas of finance and reporting, with sustainable efficiency improvements
