That is where I work. I am a Senior Consultant, Mediator, and Agile Coach with 15 years of experience in healthcare IT, digital transformation, and organisational change — across hospitals, health insurers, public administration, and healthcare software companies.

My work combines two things most consultants keep separate: I deliver the strategy, the process design, and the IT concepts — fast, because my mind is wired for pattern recognition and rapid immersion in new contexts. And I do the human work that makes it stick: mediation between conflicting stakeholders, coaching for leaders who are stuck, working directly with the resistance inside teams.

I bring certified expertise in mediation, solution-focused coaching (SFBT), and Internal Family Systems therapy — applied inside transformation projects, not alongside them.
