I’ve been working in RevOps and CRM for over 8 years now, and honestly—I still get excited about how powerful a well-built CRM can be. Whether it's Salesforce or HubSpot, I love diving into how these platforms can be tailored to different business models and used as real engines for growth.

I’ve helped dozens of businesses—across industries and sizes—build out their CRM operations from scratch. One of my biggest projects involved scaling a Salesforce org for 800+ users, while also building the CRM team to support it. I’m equally comfortable rolling up my sleeves to build the technical pieces as I am stepping back to think product-wise: what will make the most impact right now for a fast-growing company?
