- Organized of the company's participation in large IT conferences and partner events and working as a company representative at events;
- Created of special and partner projects with external IT communities and platforms for increasing project's awareness;
- Created a design for advertising campaigns, media posts, email, events, corporate merch in Figma;
- PR of all projects and events;
- Increased the awareness of the project and increased HR&Tech Brand of the company (according to surveys, loyalty and interest in cooperation and joining the company have been increased);
- Created from scratch one of the best IT online events in the company;
- Built an event management department from scratch (team of 3 people);
- Improved KPIs at each subsequent project or event (increase in the number of registrations, CTR, the conversion rate of a registered lead into a conference participant, watch time, views, average view duration, conversion of an event participant into a lead, subscribers);
