I support industrial, engineering and IT service companies in entering the automotive sector, building the right capabilities and winning complex automotive projects.

My background combines more than 25 years of leadership experience, including over 15 years as Managing Director with full P&L responsibility, with deep automotive know-how across product development, engineering, manufacturing, software, OEM processes and supplier structures.

Today, my consulting work focuses on business development, sales enablement and project acquisition. I help clients understand what OEMs and Tier-1s expect, define the right value proposition, prepare acquisition strategies, structure proposals and navigate stakeholders from operational level to C-level and CEOs.

Beyond growth and sales, I support restructuring, turnaround and M&A projects, including operational stabilization, performance improvement, efficiency programs, integration of acquired businesses and post-merger implementation.
