I am a former communicator with an experience in a graphic design agency so my profile is very polyvalent and "fully full-stack".

I used to intervene as a trainer, I have a 4 years of experience in coaching key users or end-users, in Saas and especially Salesforce (administrator certification).

So UX is also key and a topic of discussion and focus.

My background:

After a business school education, I discovered by chance the world of IT systems and decided not to leave it anymore! As a systems integration consultant, specializing in SaaS, I also provide support to users (change management and training).
