I design and run workshops, ghostwriting programs, and AI-powered automation setups to make content creation scalable. More recently, I’ve also been supporting podcast teams by transforming episodes into multi-format content engines that drive reach and engagement across platforms.

As Founder and Chairman of Trikot für die Welt, I oversee the organization’s strategic direction and long-term vision. My responsibilities include guiding the board and leadership team, ensuring good governance, building partnerships, and representing the organization externally. I focus on aligning our activities with our mission, securing resources for sustainable growth, and creating an environment where our team and community can thrive.

As Founder and CMO of a software company, I built and led the marketing function while also driving key areas such as Legal, Administration, HR, Sales, and Customer Success. My role combined strategic growth initiatives with hands-on leadership, ensuring both the company’s market presence and its operational backbone were strong.
