We build next generation logistics. At KUBIKx I conduct user research studies, assess the needs existing on the market, facilitate remote and offline workshops with various stakeholders and design value proposition as well as business models for startup and venture concepts.

In Polish tak means yes. As a network of designers, user researchers and strategists, we support organisations with saying yes to creative working processes. We can help you with user research, facilitation and concept development for new services, products and internal systems. In Poland, Germany, or anywhere else, remotely or in person. Clients include Nike, PKO BP, Knauf, Hella, UCANDO, Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw and ESCP Berlin. Some examples of my work:

● Conducted remote and contextual interviews with customers, sales reps, logistics and other business units, as well as call centre employee shadowing, diary survey study and solution testing for a digital transformation B2B sales project in a construction industry.

● Managed a user research and marketing team to identify UX issues in order to improve conversion rates of one of the biggest travel platforms in Poland.

● Organized and facilitated a service design project for a national innovation funding program in Poland, to better address the market needs of their recipients during the COVID-19 economic crisis.

● Worked with UCANDO.pl e-commerce automotive store, to enter the Polish market by understanding user needs: starting with dozens of interviews in exploratory phase and ending with usability and video commercial tests 2 years later. The insights and personas resulted in creating design guidelines and prevented development of 2 out of 3 concepts being tested.

● Facilitated in-person and remote workshops ranging from 90-minute sessions with dozens of participants, to multiple-day sprints with single teams. Examples include running an employee experience strategy workshop with top management of an automotive client and an internal process redesign workshop for a mid-sized software house.
