Imagine scrolling through your feed after a long day — Facebook, Instagram, maybe a quick stop on Tiktok. Suddenly, you hit a post that makes you pause. You smile. You think. You send it to a friend because “this is so us”.
That moment — the scroll-stopping, story-sparking moment — is exactly what I love creating.
I’m Amanda Šoba, a social media manager, videographer, and short-form content creator with 3 years of hands-on experience. I believe great social media isn’t about showing products — it’s about telling stories, building connection, and giving brands a voice that people actually want to listen to.
My background spans social media management, short-form video creation, content strategy, and community building. I’ve managed full profiles for lifestyle brands, restaurants, hotels, food companies, and product-based businesses. From developing strategy to filming, editing and writing captions, I take care of the full journey: concept → creation → execution.
I work remotely from Slovenia and I’m currently preparing for a move to Berlin. Until then, I’m fully available for remote projects — and excited to support brands in Berlin on-site soon.
Beyond the technical skills, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys understanding a brand’s personality and translating it into content that feels human. I keep up with trends, but I don’t believe in copying them blindly. Every brand deserves its own tone, its own rhythm, its own “this feels right”.
Outside of work, I’m a lover of music, travelling, new cultures, and anything that lets me meet people with interesting stories. I’ve lived in the US and Canada, gained a master’s degree in German studies, and learned how to adapt quickly and creatively to new environments — something that shows up in my work every day.
