I’m a strategy-driven generalist with 18+ years of cross-industry experience in banking, entrepreneurship, HR leadership, and business development. My career has focused on leading transformation, driving growth, and building high-performing teams across complex, multi-sector environments - from financial services and construction to education and online services.

I have managed multimillion-dollar donor-funded projects (USAID and private-sector partnerships), led digital and organizational transformation programs, and built strategic partnerships that enhanced performance and efficiency. As the founder of a travel company scaled to acquisition, I bring entrepreneurial resilience and operational discipline.

I hold an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin, where I studied in a highly international cohort, and completed the “Behavioral Science of Management” module at Yale School of Management (USA) as part of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) - a consortium of 30+ top business schools worldwide.
