Plugsurfing's mission is to make EV car charging easy. Plugsurfing's technology seamlessly integrates Charging Point Operators with Automotive OEMs, Fleets and EV Drivers to enable easy and efficient discovery, charging and payment at hundreds of thousands of charging points in 38 countries.

The world's largest holiday rental search engine & booking platform with over 500.000 daily visits and 18 million offers worldwide. I was promoted to lead the Provider & Integrations team within the Product department. My team is responsible for the integration of new partners, building out payment integrations and their maintenance. We've built out over 100 connections allowing access to over vacation rental 1400 providers. We focused on optimizing the infrastructure and processes steadily increasing integration speed (40%-50%/half-year) and quality (nearing 0.2% failure ratio). ➜ Leading and coaching a team of 3 junior product managers to drive their own feature initiatives ➜ Facilitating quarterly retrospectives with my tech and product team ➜ Ownership of Creating a quarterly roadmap and OKR planning with my team ➜ Ownership of the whole integration process and provider onboarding process shared with the Tech and Sales/Business Development teams
