Ich helfe Unternehmen dabei, ihre sensiblen Zugänge zuverlässig zu schützen und Privileged Access Management als Teil einer modernen Zero Trust Architektur einzuführen. Meine Erfahrung mit CyberArk, BeyondTrust und Hashicorp Vault setze ich ein, um Projekte von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zum Betrieb zu begleiten.

Wichtig ist mir, dass PAM nicht isoliert bleibt, sondern nahtlos in bestehende IT-Landschaften, Cloud-Umgebungen und Compliance-Anforderungen integriert wird. So lassen sich Risiken durch dauerhafte Adminrechte senken, Zugriffe kontrolliert steuern und Vorgaben wie BSI, NIS2 oder ISO 27001 erfüllen.

Ich habe Unternehmen jeder Größe unterstützt, von ersten Proof of Concepts bis zu Rollouts in großen Umgebungen. Mein Ansatz ist praxisnah, verständlich und immer auf konkrete Ergebnisse ausgerichtet.

As Lead Architect for Privileged Access Management (PAM), I was fully responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of a secure and scalable PAM service.

I developed the architectural vision, led the implementation roadmap, and ensured seamless integration of authentication concepts and enterprise systems while maintaining operational availability. I defined work packages, coordinated with operations, and continuously optimized the infrastructure to meet evolving customer, security and compliance requirements.

Acting as the central authority for the PAM architecture, I aligned technical strategy with stakeholder expectations, translated regulatory guidelines into actionable controls, and ensured robust documentation and governance.

I oversaw the full service lifecycle - from concept to daily operations - and led service expansion through structured project and change management.
