Owned planning, project management, and development of a secure, GDPR-compliant data exchange portal (ESF Plus) and delivered it to production. Public B2A project was subsequently commercialised successfully by the employer for approximately €500,000. Took on leadership responsibilities for individual initiatives and advised IT leadership with in-depth market and CapEx ROI analyses, steering away from heavy on-premise servers toward agile cloud APIs.
