During my final years at Vallourec, I served as Global Director for Technology & Engineering, with group-wide responsibility for all investment projects exceeding €5 million. My role covered the technical validation and support of major CAPEX initiatives across the organization.

In parallel, and particularly over the last five years, I held end-to-end responsibility for all strategic projects supporting the group’s transformation and repositioning. This included project development, definition and approval, execution, and final handover to operations. I was accountable for the complete project lifecycle, from FEL through FEED to commissioning and production ramp-up, ensuring technical integrity, schedule adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.
