• Turned around a £75m delayed programme via alignment on resolution roadmap and plan at portfolio & programme level, and across multiple vendors. New business case presented and aligned on, and stakeholder confidence rebuilt.

• Directed cross-country planning and strategy alignment for sovereign cloud infrastructure, network and platform delivery across Europe.

• Supported national regulatory compliance mapping, operational blueprints, and performance assurance.

• Provided stakeholder alignment, and platform & operational readiness updates to CVPs and senior Microsoft leadership all the way up to Satya.

• Defined TOMs, accountabilities, and KPIs. Drafted and led sign-off of MSAs with Partners in conjunction with Azure Engineering, Regulatory & Security Compliance, Commercial & Legal functions.

• Mitigated risks with £100M exposure and potential to derail entire portfolio via alignment across organisations, partner Microsoft teams and regulatory bodies on requirements and security & compliance standards for sovereign Azure SaaS platforms.

• Bridged infrastructure engineering, compliance, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies, overseeing secure network, datacentres, and SOC delivery readiness.
