I build sales pipelines in Germany — for companies that don't have one yet.
Most international companies enter Germany the same way: a founder flies in, signs a few customers through personal contacts, and then growth stalls. There's no process, no pipeline, no structure. Just hope.
That's where I come in. I work with international companies that are ready to enter or grow in Germany but don't yet have the sales infrastructure to make it work. I build that infrastructure with them, hands-on — mapping the market, qualifying leads, running early sales conversations, and closing the first anchor deals.
