Full responsibility of the global supply chain for North America and Europe. An overall presence in 25 countries with END-to-END responsibility related to Inbound and Outbound activities and the strategy part. Responsible for the restructuring of all organization from 18 different Supply chain organization to just one Global backbone with two regional branches (Europe and USA) Overall around 400 FTEs responsibility

Supervision of the supply chain activities in 43 countries in the world divided in 4 macro Regions: Latam, Apac, Mena, Europe. End to end responsibility of the total value chain and in particular: 1) Masterdata Management 2) Supplier Management 3) Inventory Management 4) Distribution & Logistics 5) Control Tower Management 6) Supply chain excellence & Sustainability

My Responsibilities are : 1) Plan, design and implement the overall EU supply chain strategy 2) Contribution to the design of the Global supply chain strategy in alignment with the Global Head of supply chain. 3) Plan, design and implement the overall IT strategy related to Supply chain 4) Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to determine the overall business strategy regarding assortment, route to markets, time to markets. 5) Determine key supply chain KPIs, report them and derive concrete actions to improve overall service quality 6) 3 PL Performance and Relationship Management including 3 distributions centres (tenders included) 7) Performance and relationship management of the packing factory and the packaging suppliers 8) Ownership of the S&OP ensuring effective and efficient process, supported by appropriate planning tools 9) Ownership of the NPD launch project plan for Europe (from artwork delivery to production) 10) Ownership of the production and the supply planning activity 11) Ownership of the order to delivery process CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT 12) Support the sales team during contract negotiations and re-negotiations with customers 13) Budget and management responsibility for all costs related to distribution, warehousing and packing in Europe with the invoice controlling for all vendors • Accountability for value of inventory held – aligning on targets with the EU GM and the Head of Global Supply Chain 14) Lead direct and indirect reports 15) Provide constructive feedback and coach all his reports and derive concrete personnel development plan
