Product Summary: The Energy Management business provides products for the management of energy in medium voltage and grid automation, low voltage and building automation, secure power, and cooling applications. To drive digital transformation by integrating world-leading process and energy technologies, endpoint to cloud connecting products, controls, software and services, across the entire lifecycle, enabling integrated company management, for homes, buildings, data centers, infrastructure and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting and facilitating key Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives across multiple teams.

• Coaching team members on Agile principles, practices, and processes. Mentoring teams to improve their Agile maturity and effectiveness.

• Identifying and addressing impediments that hinder the team's progress. This includes working with stakeholders to resolve issues that affect the team's ability to deliver.

• Facilitating collaboration between different Agile teams and ensuring alignment with the broader program and portfolio goals.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the Agile Release Train (ART), which includes promoting & facilitating the use of Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops.

• Support DevOps for continuous Integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD)

• Coordinating with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other stakeholders to plan and execute

PI (Program Increment) planning and execution.

• Tracking and reporting on team performance metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and other relevant Agile metrics.

• Identifying potential risks to the project and working with the team to develop mitigation strategies.

• Aligned with Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and prioritized.

• Conducted HACKATHONS at organisation level.
