I am "out of the box thinkers" and I have +15 years expertise in launching innovative digital services in the banking, retail, media and telco industry.

- Loyalty and CRM: I launched loyalty programs (cashback, points and experience based) in 3 industries (telco, banking and retail) at the European level. I implemented marketing automation projects in Europe on a multichannel environment (Emarsys, Pega and Oracle) with +30% customer spending increase and -20% customer churn

- International: I speak fluently 3 languages (Italian, English and German) , I worked in 3 countries (Germany, Italy and Switzerland) and I covered many international positions: board member of Eurogiro (international money transfer platform), board member of the European Pressphoto Agency , VP of Customer profitability at Cornercard, CEO of RedBlueServices (100% owned by MediaMarktSaturn in charge of the loyalty data base in Europe) , VP CRM and analytics for MediamarkSaturn Retail Group

- Analytical: I have a degree in statistics, I managed the analytics team of Cornercard and the analytics team at MediaMarktSaturn in Europe accountable for the data acquisition of more than 50 million customers. Implementation of test and learn platform to adopt the best price offering at MediaMarkt.

- Innovation: I launched the first mobile money transfer service in Europe, a mobile payment service in Italy, a prepaid transport card in Italy, innovative payment services in Switzerland and Europe (apple pay, swatch pay, google pay, contactless payments), customer retention and scoring, and a cashback program merchant funded for more than 25 million bank customers in Italy
