① I show companies where the usage of data and AI makes sense, which challenges exist and how to overcome them.
② I design and implement modern data architectures and MLOps platforms. This enables my clients to do business intelligence, analytics and AI in production at scale.
③ I develop customized data and AI driven software applications which increase profit and reduce costs and risks. Examples include real time data pipelines, recommender systems and fraud detection.

-- Who I am --

I’m a staff data scientist / data engineer / ml engineer. I have an academic background and hold a PhD in machine learning. With over 10+ years of software development experience I’m able to plan and execute data and AI projects from the ground up as well as lead and grow technical teams.

In the past I have worked for companies like SoundCloud where I have built up large scale machine learning systems which were trained on billions of data points and served hundreds of millions of users. I have been furthermore involved in the founding of several startups.

My second passion is music production. I've been a professional music producer and label owner for over 10 years. As a music producer I’m used to working creatively and innovatively.
