As a Cloud Engineer, I designed and managed cloud environments, handling provisioning, monitoring, and optimization of cloud resources. My background as a Systems Engineer gave me a strong foundation in infrastructure architecture and operations, while my experience in Application Support and Technical Support Engineering sharpened my ability to troubleshoot complex issues, reduce incident response times, and maintain high service availability — all core principles of SRE and DevOps culture.
