The Project
Architected and deployed an automated data integration and custom Business Intelligence (BI) pipeline for a multi-location hospitality client. The solution centralizsed fragmented operational, transactional, and inventory data from various third-party platforms into a single databse to drive daily KPI analysis and reporting.

Cloud Infrastructure & ETL Automation (GCP)
Serverless Orchestration (Cloud Run & Cloud Scheduler): Developed a Python backend running on a serverless microservices architecture. Choreographed complex multi-stage overnight cron jobs to systematically pull, cleanse, and transform bulk daily operational records via third-party REST APIs.

Database (Cloud SQL): Deployed and managed a secure, MySQL database cluster on Google Cloud to handle data ingestion alongside aggregated performance metrics.

Enterprise-Grade Security (Secret Manager & IAM): Implemented strict zero-trust security protocols by abstracting all production API tokens, database credentials, and password into a managed Secret Manager, ensuring zero hardcoded credentials within the codebase.

Hybrid Data Workflows
Engineered a unique, secure bi-directional hybrid bridge utilizing Google Apps Script. This allowed the administrators to manage custom metadata categorization through a familiar interface, dynamically syncing configurations back to the central SQL database using cloud authenticated user roles.
