Von Haus aus Maschinenschlosser und Ingenieur, begann mein beruflicher Weg Mitte der Neunziger Jahre. Während meiner ersten Beschäftigung als Konstrukteur bei einem Dienstleister entschloss ich mich, vor allem das zu machen, was Spaß macht: Verantwortung zu tragen, hat mich schon damals gereizt und der Kontakt mit Kunden war für mich bereichernd. Das treibt mich bis heute an.

Ich habe eine Vision, auf die mein gesamtes Handeln ausgerichtet ist: Unternehmen mit exzellentem Projektmanagement auf dem Weg in eine erfolgreiche Zukunft zu begleiten. Denn erfolgreiche Unternehmen stellen sich täglich der Veränderung, um im Wettbewerb zu bestehen. Ob es sich um die Entwicklung eines neuen Produkts handelt oder um die Einführung einer neuen Arbeitsweise.

Allrounder im Projektmanagement trifft es wohl am besten

- Im Bereich der Task Force bringe ich in Schieflage geratene Projekte wieder in ruhiges Fahrwasser. Bei einem Automobilzulieferer herrschte schnell vollumfängliche Transparenz aufgrund der Implementierung meiner Kommunikationsstruktur – jeder ist informiert.

- Der Produktentstehungsprozess bedarf Anpassung! Projektleiter sind kreativ, im Positiven wie im Negativen. Ich bringe Menschen, Prozesse und Systeme in Einklang. Bei einem Mittelständler der Industrie definierte ich den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess und bildete diesen in einer eigens entwickelten Software ab.

- Im klassischen Interim Management bedarf es Flexibilität, um sich schnell mit den Kundenbedürfnissen zu identifizieren und sich in die bestehenden Abläufe zu integrieren. Das habe ich in vielen Mandaten bewiesen, sei es als Manager in der Linie, als Program Manager oder als Manager für Industrialisierung und Kostensenkung.

Durch Interim Management habe ich mein Erfahrungswissen schnell weiterentwickeln können. So leiste ich einen Beitrag und stelle mein Wissen interessierten Unternehmen zur Verfügung.

At Schletter Solar GmbH, I was responsible for an operational project focused on sustainably improving internal structures and workflows. The assignment began with a comprehensive analysis of the current state, including targeted employee interviews to identify key areas for improvement.

Based on these insights, I collaborated with the team to define and implement changes in process design, routines, workflows, project typologies, milestone structures, governance models, and task-, document-, and cost management.

Another key aspect was stakeholder management and the redesign of reporting and meeting structures, aimed at fostering a mindset shift toward greater ownership, transparency, and strategic focus.

I defined the necessary resources for implementation and successfully secured approval at the C-level. All improvements were digitally integrated into the PE-Database (a software solution developed by PROJEKTERFOLG).

To ensure sustainable adoption, I also provided training, coaching, and hands-on support for the project teams.

As part of my role at Laempe Mössner Sinto GmbH, I was deployed directly on-site at the BMW plant, where I was responsible for coordinating the PLC department and leading the project for the Linescanner work package. My initial focus was on conducting a comprehensive status analysis and identifying potential improvements, which were then systematically implemented.

To ensure structured project control and full transparency, I introduced our internally developed project management tool, the PROJEKTERFOLG Database. In parallel, I implemented agile working methods such as Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews, significantly increasing team efficiency and responsiveness.

A key part of my role involved resource planning, particularly the scheduling of all activities and ensuring the availability of on-site resources within the BMW facility. I also managed communication with BMW management to maintain continuous alignment and reporting.

Specifically for the Linescanner work package, I developed a tightly sequenced milestone plan based on the technical specifications. All tasks were clearly defined, time-assessed, and mapped within the PROJEKTERFOLG Database. Milestone approvals followed the PROJEKTERFOLG Framework and were granted by a designated decision-making body. In addition, I created a detailed target achievement forecast, aligning resource capacity with expected project workload.

At IPTE Germany GmbH, I held global responsibility for a production line dedicated to inverter manufacturing. My primary objective was to achieve relocation readiness and to develop a well-founded strategy for selecting the most suitable destination site. Supplier management was a key part of the project, along with production planning—despite the added complexity of working with a product that had not yet reached full maturity.
