About me
Hi, my name is Maxim and I'm a Product designer based in Berlin with a background in Human-Computer-Interaction. I currently craft experiences with a focus on AI products and strategical roles but I am open for every new challenge.
With experience as both a sole designer in agile teams and part of enterprise design ecosystems, I cover the full design process from research to testing. I create intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that align user needs with business goals. Whether for startups or enterprises, I help turn complexity into clarity through thoughtful, well-crafted design. I work with high autonomy and feel a great responsibility for my doings.
I am lucky to have worked with and at great, influential companies such as Vodafone, Viessmann and SAP and love to bring in my experience into new teams and companies.

I have acquired a bachelor in HCI where I learned design, psychology and frontend fundamentals that set the groundwork for my craft. This gives me a different focus on design than crash course or graphic design graduates have and it helped me acquire a broad and knowledge driven skillset.
Furthermore, I gathered experience in high profile projects at reputable and high impact companies. That helped me understand how to work autonomously within interdisciplinary teams, understand and build processes within organisations and balance the perspective of users as well as the business side.
