As an Investment Manager, I bridge the gap between GreenTechs and their financing needs to ultimately create a network of decentralized energy providers to curb climate change globally. Primarily, I execute new deals, fundraise with various investors, liaison with banks, present investment memos to various stakeholders, manage a portfolio of assets, and in turn, make a positive impact on the environment.

• Manage the entire investment cycle including initial communication, due diligence, financial model creation, legal negotiations (i.e., Term Sheets and SPAs), structuring, and execution.

• Actively involved cross functionally throughout the organization in topics such as fundraising, strategy, marketing, and technology platform development.

• Team lead for all M&A activity within the renewable energy space.

• Integrate findings from diligence and market analysis to create Investment Memorandums for internal and external approval.

• Structured deals for equity, debt, and mezzanine capital across numerous European countries.

• Liaison between external parties and middle office (risk, tech, accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.

Primarily focused on the sourcing, diligence, and structuring of potential investments in the technology, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.

Working with Private Equity Firms and Senior Management teams, I led underwriting efforts to secure approval to fund Leveraged Buyouts and Acquisitions. My job duties included managing the underwriting process for potential investments from initial screening and structuring through due diligence and legal documentation.

• Oversaw a portfolio of 10 loan investments totaling $1BN across multiple industries including, industrials, services, and food and beverage companies.

• Led deal team in analyzing potential investments market position and opportunities, while partnering with management teams and equity investors to help them achieve initiatives including new market expansions.

• Structured, analyzed, and negotiated leveraged finance transactions as the agent bank.

• Networked with numerous Private Equity firms and Finance professionals to grow business development opportunities, successfully acquiring ~5 new private equity clients and executing on 3 platform opportunities.

• Performed extensive fundamental credit analysis, built financial models, and led data room analysis for potential new investments across a variety of industries.
