I build CRM systems for small teams and startups that are flexible, automation-driven, and human-centered.

Two ways we can work together:

1. Integrations & automations: I connect your CRM to your other tools to create one system that shares data and runs automations.

2. Full CRM build: I design and implement your entire system from scratch or migration. This includes: mapping your client/user journey, choosing the right tool, structuring your data, building workflows, training your team, and making sure you have a system in place that allows you to achieve business goals.

About me: I love solving problems and connecting people + tools. In the last 3,5 years, I built Operations and Expansion (incl. leading CRM) at a tech startup. Now I build the same systems for selected clients across Europe. You can read more about what I do @ mafera.de

Background: I did my last Upwork contract as a Virtual Assistant doing cold calls for a tech company 3,5 years ago. That job transformed into a full-time role in Operations at Tools For Humanity. There, I specialized in launching new markets, building processes, partnerships and strategizing the CRM systems behind all of it. Tools For Humanity is a tech startup founded by OpenAI's CEO, Sam Altman.

    Central Ops: Supported the creation and improvement of all operational central systems and functions: communications, training, lead management, user experience, and compliance. Included evolving a lead pipeline from a simple Google Sheets spreadsheet to an in-house automated system capable of capturing and managing hundreds of thousands of warm leads and onboarding 800+ of them globally.

    Expansion: Launched 4+ markets, each in a matter of weeks, through community volunteers and pop-up venues/events, which resulted in a playbook used in all other market launches that followed.

    Partner Acquisition: Ramped up a CRM system of unqualified leads on Google Sheets into a fully integrated tool that created dozens of warm leads per week and established a self-management system for sales reps to use it accurately.
