I currently work for XP Investimentos, Brazil's largest independent brokerage firm. I am responsible for fully developing the Chargeback system, which speeds up the contesting and canceling of online purchases made with credit cards, debit cards, or PIX. I implemented solutions that ensure efficiency and security in the process, making it easier for customers to request transaction refunds from banks.

As a result, we increased customer confidence in online transactions, ensuring their rights and protecting them against fraud. I contributed to strengthening XP Investimentos' reputation in the financial market, improving customer security and satisfaction.

I worked with a pharmaceutical client, creating a discount project to be used in more than 1,000 pharmacies in more than 350 cities. After implementing this discount project, we successfully mapped the discounts utilized by each customer at every pharmacy. With that, we can assist the entire company in making informed decisions about discounts for partner companies and customers, potentially saving between $1 million and $5 million annually.

I worked on a scheduling system with several features, including consultant registration, manager registration, and registration of several schools, among other features. This scheduling system was very slow, and it was very difficult to make small improvements, as it took a lot of time. I was the engineer responsible for updating this system to new technologies, I also created all the reports that didn't exist and helped the directors to make better choices using the new reports I developed. I was responsible for creating the CI/CD for 3 applications that my team was responsible for, using Azure DevOps CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
