I'm a Content Designer, or a UX Writer depending on who you ask, with a background primarily in corporate tech. Most recently, I spent 7 years at Booking.com, where I focused on crafting UX copy and developing content strategies for various products across the company. These included everything from niche B2B topics to SEO landing pages to the payment process used daily by millions of users.

I also had the privilege of building and managing a couple of content design teams, with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentorship. This has really helped to sharpen my communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as making me a stronger UX writing/Content Design advocate.

I’ve also worked frequently with localisation, whether managing the localisation of my own work or coordinating translations for an international team back in my advertorial copy days.
