I work with EU and international clients to establish predictable, well-governed offshore execution structures — combining strategic oversight with scalable delivery capabilities through Crosversa Solutions (India).

My focus is on helping companies scale engineering capacity without compromising control, quality, or transparency.

Through Crosversa’s India-based delivery teams, I support:

• Offshore development & technical support setup

• Dedicated engineering team deployment

• Distributed delivery governance

• Cross-border coordination & risk management

• Execution oversight & performance stabilization

• Structured reporting & escalation frameworks

All commercial approvals, contracting, and execution management are handled through Crosversa’s India operations, ensuring a clear and compliant delivery structure.
