I am a physician, researcher, and healthcare innovator with over 20 years of experience transforming clinical challenges into pioneering solutions. As the founder and CEO of Quint Healthcare, I lead impactful projects at the intersection of healthcare and innovation.

Before establishing Quint Healthcare, I headed the laboratory at the translational Institute for Surgical Research at the University of Marburg, where I distinguished myself by converting complex clinical problems into research initiatives and product innovations — work that laid the foundation for my current role as a leader in healthcare innovation.

I combine clinical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to technology. I have successfully guided numerous startups and established organisations through the intricate process of developing and commercialising healthcare innovations. My areas of specialisation include medical device development, digital health platforms, AI-powered healthcare solutions, and strategic planning for market entry in emerging technologies.

As a contributor to the European innovation landscape, I serve as an expert evaluator for the European Commission's European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA, formerly EASME) and as a mentor within the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT Health) network. My work has been instrumental in securing and managing multi-million-euro grants, including significant Horizon Europe project funding.

My work also extends into humanitarian efforts. In 2022, I founded the Humanitarian Aid Collaboration, applying my medical expertise to deliver essential supplies and manage professional humanitarian projects in crisis regions.
