I provide independent qualitative analysis of how governance and institutions work in practice, not how they read on paper. The value is the outside perspective: structured, evidence-based, and free of the internal assumptions that shape in-house views.
This is useful when you need to understand a system before you act. For example: entering or operating in a new market, assessing political-economy or institutional risk, mapping stakeholders before a project or investment, commissioning an evaluation, or testing whether a strategy holds against how things actually function on the ground.
