Subsequently implemented data analytics across product, partnerships and marketing in order to allow sufficient tracking of a variety of growth experiments. Finance & Treasury: Built afinancial budget with ~95% accuracyfor 2025. Reducedfinancial reporting lead timefrom150 days to 60 daysfor both FIAT and Crypto Accounting. Implemented and executed a treasury policy with monthly cashflow reports. Increased deployed capital from ~20%to ~65% of 8-digit treasury, with a return of 10% depending on risk allocation. People & Talent: Grew the teamby twelve FTE within three months (40% headcount growth). Rolled out ATS (Ashby, 3k+ Applications) and HRIS (DEEL) for a global workforce. Implemented a three month onboarding process. Facilitated a staff leadership reviewwith actionable insightsfor strategic alignment of the organisation.

Joined to support founders in scaling the organizationfrom ~20 to ~70 employees and building the company's growth strategy. Took operational ownership of the creative division (May 2023, 40 FTE), overseeing Strategy, People, Talent, Finance and Operations. Helped launch MainNet and Swiss Foundation and lead various internal venture initiatives.
