I recognized the importance of needing to gain firsthand experience in coding across various languages, as it provides a deeper understanding of such roles from an insider's perspective, rather than solely from a management or HR standpoint. To achieve this, I completed in 2023 the Harvard courses “CS50: Introduction to Computer Science” and “CS50P: Introduction to Programming in Python” – spanning 21 weeks and around 225 hours total.

In 2024, I completed the "AI in Healthcare Specialization" from Stanford University School of Medicine – spanning 5 weeks and 56 hours in total –

to deepen my expertise and stay up-to-date with new applications for AI for healthcare providers, AI in drug development, AI Regulatory Compliance, and AI ethics.

Personally identifying and interviewing candidates for EU, USA, and Global searches for level Senior Director upward. Training recruiters, and leading a team of 6 recruiters based in Germany, UK, and USA, who conduct searches for all seniority levels.
