I supported the team during the relaunch of multiple dietarysupplement ranges, updating and adapting primary andsecondary packaging in line with new brand guidelines,technical constraints, and market requirements.I also developed key visuals for selected products, producedand retouched product packshots, and updated cataloguesand other print materials. I stepped into a transition role as Creative Studio Manager at Givaudan Active Beauty to ensure continuity before the new hire took over. In this role I:

• Managed and coordinated creative projects (marketing materials, trade show design, event visuals, packaging design, social media assets, customer mock-ups, etc.) aligned with brand identity and strategic objectives.

• Supervised tons of projects while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

• Implemented clear processes to secure project continuity and smooth operations.

• Trained and onboarded the new Creative Studio Manager, ensuring a seamless handover.

This experience strengthened my expertise in creative studio management, leadership, and knowledge transfer.

As a freelance Packaging Consultant at Hevert-Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG, I was responsible for creating and reviewing digital print data for packaging such as folding cartons and labels.

My responsibilities included:

- Quality Control and Data Creation: Ensuring compliance with standards.

- Coordination: Close collaboration with external service providers and internal departments.

- Packaging Concepts: Contributing to the development of product and group-specific packaging solutions.

- Process Monitoring: Overseeing the entire packaging processing workflow on a national and international level.

- Project Management: Leading and advising on project meetings on-site.

This role enhanced my skills in project management, quality control, and international collaboration, making me a valuable addition to any company in the financial sector.
