I embed into teams as a senior designer, doing hands-on UX, close collaboration with product and engineering, and shipping realistic solutions shaped by research, testing, and iteration. I also build scalable design foundations: design systems, reusable patterns, and clear IA that help teams move faster with less rework.

Designed staged onboarding for alternative investments, breaking a long regulated process into progressive decision points to reduce cognitive load
Redesigned dense web-first portfolio data into a lighter iOS structure for client self-service
