Ophthalmic Surgery

• • Launch the Sustainability Project for Surgical. Set up roadmap, directed market research, benchmarking suppliers, packaging transition, public exhibition.

• • Preparation of product launch. Defining strategy (targeting, positioning and messaging), organization of KOL feedback and market business cases.

• • Coordinate the MDR update of a portfolio of 1000 products from 3 different suppliers. Management of data cross-functions to deliver communication material to countries.

Dental Surgery

• • Voice of the customer: responsible for researching and articulating customer needs and requirements

• • Product portfolio roadmap and lifecycle: responsible for defining product offerings, requirements, scope, and prepare business cases

• • Responsible for international coordination with in-country commercial and services leadership for configuration/pricing/launch coordination and local optimization

• • Market intelligence: responsible for researching, analyzing and creating benchmarking tools to define relevant threats, opportunities and competitive capabilities

• • Translation of complex technical product concepts into effective messaging and creative sales tools

• • Coordinate and execute the global strategy of my portfolio: market segmentation, competitive analysis, positioning & pricing strategies, developing go-to-market strategies and KPIs reports
