I help companies build brands and growth engines, from early-stage startups to scaling teams.

Most recently I was on the founding team at synch, an AI dating coach, where I built the brand from zero: positioning, voice, visual identity, content, and the growth playbook that actually brought users in. Before that I worked on a large-scale city super-app in Istanbul, leading marketing across a product used by millions, so I am as comfortable at the messy zero-to-one stage as I am operating at real scale.

What I do for you depends on where you are, but it usually comes down to three things: figuring out who you are and how to say it, getting the right people through the door, or building the content engine that does both. I work closely with founders and marketing teams alike, and I care about results you can see, not decks nobody reads.

I work in English and Turkish at native level and German conversationally, so I am a natural fit if you are moving between the DACH and Turkish markets, or just want someone who can operate across both.

Outside work I am a former racing driver and still follow the car world closely, which is probably why I am happiest when things move fast and get a little competitive.
