As a Senior Agile Transformation & Delivery Coach, I combine team, individual and leadership coaching with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, delivery management, product ownership, OKRs and practical AI adoption.

My experience includes reorganizing a 20- to 33-person group into three cross-functional product teams, establishing delivery flow with less than 1% rework, coaching seven cross-functional teams and assessing maturity across up to 16 teams. Earlier delivery work improved team performance by 30%, reduced defects by 80% and enabled shippable increments every two weeks.
I am based in Berlin and available immediately for remote engagements, as well as onsite or hybrid work in Berlin. EU workshops and project travel can be arranged.
