We help optimize their utilization and decrease the number of empty runs in Europe. When entering their preferred routes or where they are looking for backloads, they get immediately notified whenever a shipment matches their preferences.

Develop and implement a strategy to maintain and increase business. Identify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline. I am developing sales-call plans, including a specific go-to-market system and material.

The Budget and Revenue responsibility. I am setting & managing the pricing policy of the product. Create monthly reports on market analyses and strategic plans.

Vendor & Carrier Management by (selection, negotiation, monitoring), route management, cost optimization analyzing installation and analysis of customer improvements!

Visiting trade fairs and summits, marketing measures and content generation (social media)

Carriers Management / Transport Management:

I allocate and find suitable third-party carriers following the fair trade GmbH Schiffahrt Handel + Logistik Company policy! I help the fair trade GmbH OPS Department optimize our third-party carrier pool's transport capacity and utilization.
