My scope of expertise includes launching new products and brands, navigating complex regulatory and market access processes, optimizing sales and distribution channels, and transforming established operations to achieve peak performance and profitability. Some of my recent achievements include starting up the Euromed business in Germany, leading the Circassia DE organization to 30% YOY EBITDA growth and 10% YOY revenue growth, and turning around a diagnostic device company from 0.25m€ to 0.7m€ EBITDA during the COVID period.
