In my most recent role, I developed digital learning concepts and products, managed strategic key accounts, and led B2B marketing initiatives across website, SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events — including the creation of a new company website to strengthen positioning and lead generation.

Alongside my corporate career, I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Ayurveda Nutrition Consultant, and Yoga Teacher. I am the founder of The Mindfoodist and co-creator of Puerto Espíritu, where I design and facilitate retreats and workshops focused on well-being, connection, and personal transformation.
