Established and managed a think tank specialising in the development of decision-support systems in government and security agencies. I have designed systems and interventions for governments and institutions in South Africa, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Iraq, the UK, Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

I manage a team of high-level consultants based in South Africa, with an associate network that spans 4 continents.

I started the company as a specialist strategy analysis and design consultancy, designed its proprietary Thinking Room concept of transdisciplinary and inclusive transformation process, and recruited a team of experienced and highly-regarded consultants to build a truly interdisciplinary skill set.

I have consulted to E3G in the design of its climate intelligence capability, and the development of strategic thinking within the organisation. Since July 2023 I am appointed to head up this intelligence capability.

Key achievements::

• Conceptualising and designing the world’s first climate politics intelligence capability, to monitor developments in the climate domain, the responses of states and private sector to climate dynamics, and the effectiveness of climate political strategy

• Incorporating strategic thinking into E3G research and policy processes

• designing and delivering training workshops on strategy, analysis and countering climate disinformation.
